Shared Values

We believe that shared values are essential to successful collaboration, and that collaboration is essential to making a difference.  Early in our journey we established six values for Grace Farms Foundation: grace, peace, excellence, meaning, openness, and new outcomes.

What I love about these values is that all the values are interrelated.  For example, if we are to create new outcomes, it is essential to approach our collaborators and partners with grace, be open about our goals, and define the meaning of our work at the outset.

In order to achieve excellence, we must find meaning in our work and be open to new ideas of achieving our goal.  When you pursue peace, no matter what you do you will find meaning.

It is easy for an organization to write values and forget them if they are not made part of every decision.  Furthermore, it is easy to forget about your values if you do not share them with every partner and collaborator.

Grace Farms Foods is a new company and a new outcome from the work and visitor experience at Grace Farms.  It is with intention that this new company adopt the same values at Grace Farms Foundation.  Shared values ensures our purpose is always committed to demonstrating and supporting the vision of Grace Farms.
